• During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and product launches, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in brand new, unused and unworn/undamaged condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns showing signs of use, damage, washing or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
• If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

As each product is made to order especially for you, we cannot accept returns for ordering the wrong size, colour or if you simply change your mind unless the item is returned in accordance with our returns policy above. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
